"want to share my experience with attorney Scott Sergeant, who was assigned to me through TVC ProDriver. His communication was completely unacceptable. He ignored my calls and emails for several days and provided zero guidance about my case. Instead of explaining that my citation was only a simple $61 infraction that does not go on my CDL, FMCSA record, or company record, he immediately mentioned a private $1,200 fee without giving any details or clarification. "Scott is an extremely talented attorney. I highly highly recommend working with his firm. He took my case on pretty last minute which I’m sure didn’t make it easy on him. It’s nice too find an attorney that works for you, I told him I wanted too go too trial and he said okay.Not only is he amazing but his paralegal Logan always kept me up to date with any information and court dates pertaining too my case.
