"If you’re considering hiring Rick Baughman, I urge you to read this first. When I needed representation the most—wrongfully accused and facing serious consequences—Rick Baughman didn’t fight for me. He took the easy way out, doing just enough to meet the bare minimum of his responsibilities. At the time, I didn’t have the financial resources I do now. I was young, inexperienced, and looking for real legal guidance. Instead, I received overpriced, underwhelming representation. The facts of my case were clear. So clear, in fact, that the prosecutor dismissed the charges entirely on their own motion. They didn’t have a case.
