"I have been trying to get her to mail a copy of my will i pd 1,800 for since feb 2025 and this is Nov 2025 and I still do not have it.I have to file a grievance with the bar assoc.I just got a copy of the wills Dec 1st. After 10 months.after I showed them a bank statement email where I pd 1,800.they offered me a refund for $435.That must have been the last consultation they had the nerve to charge me for.This is terrible.I donot think she running the business anymore.The "professionals have taken over.You cannot call.Im going higher with this.You mean I pd over 2,000?1 want my money now.You see that 1,800 on my statement.She said it would b refunded.I have the text still.I am adding this on December 16.I do not know what caused the long delay.On Dec. 1st Ms Williams hand delivered copies of my will to my home.The Will was beautifully drawn up according to my specifications.It was worth the wait.Soon after I recieved a full refund for my distress.They did all they could to try to make it right.Case ended with a soft close."
