"I hired this firm to handle my DUI case, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. From the beginning, there was almost no communication. My attorney never called to introduce himself, never followed up, and never provided any updates. All of my court dates were informed to me directly by the court my lawyer didn’t even know the dates. On the rescheduled date, he didn’t show up on time and instead sent another attorney I had never met, who arrived late but worse part was I was not informed about it. So I was left waiting outside the courtroom, anxious and without any information. When we finally received an offer from the court, my lawyer gave me no advice or professional opinion.
