"Justin R Davis is INCOMPETENT. He is a real estate attorney who is literally INCAPABLE of handling an eviction. After he realized how badly he screwed up and after nearly 4 months of screwing around he referred me out. I wouldn't hire this attorney for anything and certainly nothing real estate related. When my new attorney asked his office where the forcible detainer filing was, Ashlie, his paralegal stated they NEVER FILED it being they weren't able to properly serve the tenants??? My new attorney responded, what do you mean I'm looking at the service notice in the file. My new attorney then used the original service from October to file with the court in February. Mr Davis cost me not only precious time but thousands upon thousands of dollars both in lost rents and attorney fees to fix his incompetency, due to HIS FAILURE TO PERFORM and lack of understanding of the law and the eviction process. COMPLETELY NEGLIGENT! When I confronted Mr Davis he claimed he did nothing wrong. Mr Davis didn't even know who I was which is telling being we had met in person multiple times and I hand delivered the rent checks to his office every single month. Though he claimed no responsibility he offered me $5K (to go away) with the condition that I not file complaints or bring action against him. I was not going to settle with Justin R Davis for less than the damages he caused and therefore lose the ability to inform others as the public needs to be aware of Justin R Davis and his complete DERILICTION OF DUTIES, which he refused to take responsibility for. He has zero integrity and no concern that his actions costs his client money. AVOID The law offices of Justin R Davis at all costs"
