"Used this law firm for an accident I had back in 2023. I didn’t leave a review before, but after seeing how much more money I received for a different accident recently - where it was less impact than the first one this firm worked - I had to return to leave an honest review. It took this firm 10 months to reach a settlement that I was NOT satisfied with for me and my child. Mind you, they kept misplacing paperwork & tried to make it seem like any delay was my fault (until I forwarded the email with all the documents that I sent 3 months prior that they claimed I didn’t send. After that, the lawyer finally admitted that it had been misplaced but only after I re-sent the original email with the earlier recorded date), I had to keep calling and texting to receive any kind of update, the lawyer I worked with kept telling me to get paperwork from the hospital until I asked her what was she hired for if I was having to do her job (then she finally did it herself). In other words, customer service was nonexistent and I did not have a good experience. A few months ago, my vehicle was in another accident. I knew better this time, did more research and found another law firm. The other firm I used got me more money (even though it was for 1 person this time and not 2 for almost the exact same treatment plan) and my entire case was finished in about 4 months. When I told them that it took another law firm 10 months to reach a settlement, their response was “What?! That’s too long!” Do yourself a favor and keep looking. And for those who it matters to, yes, the other law firm that I recently worked with that got me more money in less than half the time was also black-owned and Atlanta based."
