"Kathleen took top A++ care of me from beginning to end of my successful disability case. I believe with her sole guidance and endeavors I have had a favorable outcome from social security administration in less than 6 months of filing. Which is amazing! I feel I truly hit the jackpot and got lucky from just looking her up on the internet. It was her thorough knowledge and experience which kept up my confidence throughout the process and carried me through after suffering a very sudden life changing slip on ice and now a permanent disability status. I knew absolutely nothing about the disability process, only that i could not work any longer and where would my income come from now? On the very first phone call, she eased my mind immediately affirming I did indeed have a case and I made the right decision to pick up the phone and call and I especially chose the right law firm in Pashler & Devereaux. I cannot say enough about how astutely intelligent she is with the law , all subjects, like workers compensation which isnt her focus field but coincides in disability cases often. She is a terrific lawyer and even though i never actually met her face to face, only on phone conversations, I consider her a friend for life! I won't hesitate to recommend Kathleen for disability issues to anyone who is looking for honest, highly skilled representation from an exemplary attorney. 🌟"
"I had the pleasure of working with Kathleen, although I did meet Chris and he was very friendly as well. I preface this with saying my autistic son had been denied SSI about 5 times prior to coming to this office. I knew that I had a lot stacked up against me due to the previous denials and the fact that this firm typically doesn't handle children's cases. However, that did not stop Kathleen from taking on my son's case and working very diligent to get the best outcome. She stayed in touch with me on a regular basis and never hesitated to answer my millions of questions anytime of the day. After 2 long years from the begging application process to the end court hearing, the judge found my son fully favorable with benefits. I owe this all to Kathleen and her hard work/accuracy. She got my son the benefits he was entitled too along with back pay going back to when we originally filed. I highly recommend anyone that is having difficulty with the SSA system or previous denials to give them a call!"
"Attorney Chris Pashler is someone you should definitely consider for your disability case. Chris helped me win a near impossible disability case for Mitochondrial disease. If anyone deals with, or knows anything about this disease, they know the struggles of the pain on the inside, but looking fine on the outside. Its called an "invisible disease." So many people, including judges, do not aways understand what we actually go through in our life. I won't go into all the details of what an extremely DIFFICULT case this was for Chris, but he had many obstacles in his way. Many things were not coming together from the doctors the way they should have on time, and he definitely had a few other sidesteps that he had to go through and argue on my behalf. But he fought and worked so hard to prove what I had been going through for YEARS, with the information from the records that I personally had, and from talking to me and LISTENING to what I had been going through. I am a very stressed person, I will admit. So I didn't always think things were going to play out, but Chris kept me level headed and never made any promises. He does have a calming nature about him and in turn kept me as calm as I could be under the circumstances. There were some up and down moments for sure with my feelings about how things were going, and how things were going to turn out, but I assure you... he has got your back! The hard work he puts into your case, and into you is worth it. Answering any question I had at any time, calling me back with in a very short time, if not immediately at times, and E-mailing me and returning e-mails nearly right away. It was close personal attention. And what kind of lawyer have you ever heard of that gives you that kind of close personal attention? I think thats very hard to find. You will find it in his firm for sure! I did have to be patient at times and remember I was not his only client, lol, but rest assured... I felt like it most of the time. And I had to remember that he had my back, even when I was a wreck! ...He had it under control! I know everyone gets nervous and doubtful during a case at one time or another... It is a timely and stressful process, but with Chris, and even with the help of his wife Kathleen and their secretary Hannah, I always felt at ease and well taken care of. They are proof that you don't need a fancy office and a bunch of attorneys working for you to make a great a great choice in representing you. I believe it makes a better choice, because they really take the time for you, care about you, and most importantly... They put everything they have in it to win it for you!! I am so appreciative of Chris and all that he did for me, and highly recommend him to be your choice for your disability attorney. I feel VERY blessed that he was sent my way! Case won September 2024 Thank you Chris, and the office of Pashler & Devereaux."
"I strongly recommend Chris Pashler for your disability needs. Chris is professional, calls back within 24 hours if not almost immediately. In my case i received my return calls within a few hours. He is extremely knowledgeable, understands your situation and works diligently to provide you with a positive outcome. If you need help with Disability, you need Chris Pashler. You won't regret it. I can't stress enough how elated I am that I chose Chris, and you will be also."
"Chris and Kathleen have been amazing! They took my disability case when no one else would and have stuck beside me through it all. Chris is very dedicated and determined to see this through to the end. No matter what Social Security throws at him, he is ready for it. But it's not just his ability as an attorney that makes him so easy to work with, it is his compassion for his clients. He goes the extra mile. He truly cares about his clients and goes above and beyond. He is compassionate and LISTENS to what I have to say. Even when I'm misinformed, he is genuinely honest, yet sensitive, in his clarifications. My case has dragged on for 3 years and it has not been easy. While I do not have a final determination yet, I know no matter the outcome, I know Chris will have exhausted every possible avenue to help. Thank you, Chris, for everything you have done! UPDATE 1/6/17 After 4 years, my application was approved! Thank you Chris, for your knowledge, determination, compassion, understanding, and most of all, your patience. It has been a long and difficult road. Thank you for everything!"
