"I would strongly advise exercising caution when considering this law firm for lemon law representation. I retained their services to assist with a lemon law case, but unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor, the case did not appear to make meaningful progress, and I often felt dismissed rather than supported as a client. Additionally, I was referred by them to Boro Collision, which was described as having expertise in these types of cases. My experience with that shop was equally frustrating. My truck remained at the facility for approximately three months, and when I finally received it back, it had multiple issues that were not present when I originally dropped it off. To make matters worse, the original problems I brought the vehicle in for were not properly resolved, and new issues had appeared. Overall, the process was stressful and unproductive. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend these services."
