"Do not use for evictions if you work in property management. The most expensive in the industry and they do the bare minimum. They don’t respond to emails. They made a mistake on an eviction and it took them 4 months to realize it and then they emailed me putting it back on my plate. High turnover rate in their office so someone different is tending to your files every month. Horrible experience.
