"Zoila’s office and I have been working together since I was 15 years old. My story is long. I was brought to the US since I was a a year old. No recollection of the country I was born, through of course no choice of my own. The story is heart wrenching, upsetting… you name it. Long story short, when DACA was introduced I was amongst one of the first students accepted and approved for this policy in Massachussets and was able to get a job in 2012, a license and pay through college. Zoila took my case as pro bono. I’ll always be thankful. I had always renewed my EAC for the next 11 years. I married in 2018 and had two beautiful babies with my loving husband, yet longed to meet my grandfather and family back in the DR. It was then we decided that granted this opportunity, since we obtained legal re-entry, to file an AOS. "ZERO STARS DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Very Nice Staff, VERY RUDE LAWYERS. Had paid $200 for a consult which was suppose to be at 2:30pm , not once received a call, called the office to check in they first told me the lawyer, “Zoila”, was running late. Continued to wait , few minutes later received a call from her office saying she tried calling multiple times which was not true we did not receive any calls and where next to the phone. They tried to pass the line over to her office but once again was told she would call back as she was “busy” which makes zero sense and it was now 3:10. They told us she would call back when she was ready and she never did. We called once again to check in at 3:30 this time they passed the line directly to her office where she proceeded to slander my wife aggressively about not picking up the phone but she never once called . How is it that her office can get in contact with us but not her. She racially profiled my wife telling her she would no longer handle her case and proceeded to yell over the phone as if we were her children. Este Lugar no merece ninguna estrella, es mejor buscar otras alternativas que lidiar con la abogada “Zoila”, después de esperar más de una hora y haber pagado $200 por solo una consulta decidió ser agresiva y actuar de una manera no profesional. Si no quiere trabajar mejor que se quede en su casa. Una persona muy racista y agresiva, se aprovecha de la situation de los demás y eso no es justo. Es mejor hacer negocios por otros lados."
