"I referred two friends to this office because a client from the bank had recommended the attorney for immigration-related cases. Unfortunately, their experience was not positive. The attorney does not speak Spanish, and the translator working with him was very abrupt and did not allow my friends to fully explain their situation. Communication is extremely important in immigration cases, and they did not feel heard or respected. It’s disappointing because the attorney comes highly recommended, but the way Spanish-speaking clients are treated does not reflect the level of professionalism one would expect.
