"UPDATE: After I posted this review, the firm called to apologize and told me that they will refund my initial consultation fee without me asking. They also admitted that sending me a $2,000 bill for a contract I never signed was a massive internal error due to the fact that they had another client/ attorney with the same name. However, during their second apology call, they pressured me to delete this review and tried to guilt-trip me by saying 'we are human, you make mistakes too.' While I appreciate an initiation of getting my money back, the intense disorganization and lack of professionalism I experienced from start to finish remain. I highly recommend looking elsewhere. I paid for a legal consultation expecting actual legal advice, but was instead given a high-pressure sales pitch by an 'advisor' Gabriel Lopez who couldn't answer my questions. After I explicitly declined to hire them, they still sent me onboarding paperwork. Even worse, later Luis Aguilar Zavala sent me a link demanding a massive payment, falsely claiming I had signed a contract that I absolutely never agreed to or signed. Their internal communication is incredibly disorganized, and attempting to bill someone for a contract they never signed is highly unethical. Save your money and find a professional firm that actually lets you speak to an attorney."
