I did not like that I had a consult with a paralegal (nothing against them, it’s just not what I expected because of the next part). I paid for a consult where I didn’t get any feedback. I had to wait weeks before I got feedback on what they could potentially do for me. Getting a hold of an attorney is so far out of reach. You would think since you are paying them thousands of dollars you could at least talk to an attorney. But no. I had to pay before I could see a contract.
