"Initially, the lead attorney informed me that a straightforward divorce, where both parties had already agreed to terms and only required court processing, would cost approximately $2000 and take a few months. However, the process ultimately extended to six months and exceeded $3000. The attorney unexpectedly ceased working on my case for a month due to personal family matters without prior notification, and I received a bill during this period. Communication was consistently challenging, and I was charged for their time whenever I inquired about the case's progress. During a three-month waiting period, I was billed over $1000 for what amounted to approximately five minutes of work per day on my case. Furthermore, even after corrections, basic information such as my address was repeatedly incorrect on the paperwork.
