"Wouldn't recommend him if you have self respect. Yes, he has highly "claimed reviews." One of them looks paid off like a promotional ad here. Yes, he appeared decent meeting him. Yes, he is well regarded by other law officials (and why wouldn't he? He is a lawyer.. in Clarks Summit/Scranton. It's about connections, not how decent of a human being you are). So.. As one who knows a thing or two... Being a single, younger lady who needed assistance, when it came to hearing day.. He was purposely late because I quote, "pissed him off," because I don't go to hearings, so I tend to not get in trouble with the law. I needed to know where to go and what time. The instructions were too brief. I paid this guy well to help me. I had anxiety, and he told me to "stop being silly." He was made well aware of my mental state as I had just been through a PFA ordeal I had to file against a former significant other. My licensed clincian provided a letter to him. Did not have any interest in discussing my case with me. My clincian could attest, he was with me when the call was made. Bill was late to my hearing. The officer kept calling me for my case to be presented. No Bill... After everyone else was done. Was advised to call him. Then he calls me, asking where I'm at. We go into one of those private rooms. Belittles me, points at me and says, "my turn to talk now." I mean if he had actually communicated with me, I wouldve known to bring cash for the other individual wanting payment. However, I was not made aware because Bill refused to communicate with me after I had made attempts to know about my case BEFORE the hearing. Also told me, "You know me, I'm a nice guy..." No, Bill. I don't know. I don't know you as a person. That's something a manipulator would say. May I add, perhaps he forgot what he said, but initially he told me he could get my case dropped. Completely. After the hearing he said, "The best I could do was get it dropped to a summary." He patted me on the back as I left the courtroom. Really regret wasting $3,000 on this crooked male who was MY lawyer. Do yourself a favor if you're a younger female and alone, be cautious of these older dudes. They will take advantage. Who are they gonna believe... You or the guy who is deemed reputable by a court of law? I said what I said. 0 stars if it were possible. By the way, yes he did represent me, before he replies otherwise. I just choose not to disclose my whole name. Kari D. is enough..."
