"Sykatis has a nice website and a lot of awards. Unfortunately, they seem to think it is acceptable to communicate only by email. Is that how you drag out cases? Clients who are paying you deserve direct communication. On top of that, I know you had the paperwork for almost a month before presenting it to your client—while knowing they had no money. You allowed the opposing party to come up with the proposal and then told your client it was a good deal. What, exactly, have you done to represent this person? Are you taking money simply to say the other party made a good offer? You are also refusing to meet with the clients you represent in person. This is unacceptable. Reviewed responded and not supported you client who does not use e-mail. You are taking advantage."
