"I don’t typically leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I feel obligated to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. Communication was a major issue. I only spoke with my attorney the day before we were scheduled to appear in court, which left me feeling unprepared and unsupported. During hearings, he often appeared preoccupied and I did not feel that my case was being strongly advocated for. Additionally, I did not feel that my attorney fought hard on my behalf or approached my case with the level of assertiveness I expected. Interactions with the office staff were also disappointing. The paralegal, Victoria, was consistently rude and often responded in a condescending manner. When I had questions, I was made to feel like I shouldn’t be asking them, which added unnecessary stress during an already difficult process. Overall, this was my personal experience. I encourage others to do thorough research before deciding on legal representation."
