"Update: he even filed my case in the wrong county. He filed my case in dupage but he needed to ask the judge in DEKALB to transfer my case. The judge in dekalb has the authority to transfer it, not the judge in dupage. Thus delaying my case when my daughter's father has kept her out of school over a month!!! on January 12th, Joseph told me that an order of protection from Texas is not enforceable in Illinois. As a result, I made a decision that ended up getting me arrested. Now he won't return my calls or emails to make it right."
