"We used the Estate Planning services of Jennifer Porter Law to draft up and complete a new set of documents to replace a previous will and associated papers that were seriously out of date. After researching several firms, we chose to engage with the Jennifer Porter practice because of their transparent and reasonable fees for services, their available to begin immediately, and after interviewing their estate planning attorney, Stephanie Himel-Nelson, we were very comfortable with her and their process. While most of the engagement and work was done remotely (Stephanie is in their Norfolk, VA office) the other local firms we researched were also proposing most of the engagements would be virtual so no different. The final signing was done in person in their Northern VA office and our new Will and supporting documents were updated successfully to our wishes. We especially liked the wealth of additional practical information that we were presented with in the final compiled hardback folder plus all executed documents were also scanned and provided digitally to us. We are grateful that having done this major update we have peace of mind and a clear plan should anything happen to one or both of us."
