Called several different firms and got varying rates to answer what I thought was a pretty simple question. When I called John Tatone's office I did talk with an AI receptionist and initial info was taken. A 20-minute call was schedule by text. very easy to select time and day. I was very impressed by John's knowledge of probate ins and out and was very caring in getting all the info and gave me my answer and additional information to proceed. He was very honest in stating that the $1,500 he charges for small estates would not be worth it for me. He gave me the advice I needed. Even when I told him I would be more than happy to pay something for the information, He said no and advised me that I and my husband should do estate planning even though he could not handle it as we live out of state. What a first class guy! He even offered to see if could find us an estate planning attorney where we lived.
