"I am so upset I have to write this. I hired this firm for help with my dad's estate inventory, which I had already mostly completed. I found this firm through the state's official bar association I paid a retainer thinking they would represent me and provide advice on filing. This was not my experience. I received no advice or meaningful contact about what to do. Instead of guidance, I just received messages demanding more money and invoices. He failed me and I received no value for legal service. It felt like they took my retainer and did absolutely nothing. A complete and total waste of what little money I had. I felt this showed no morals. I would strongly caution anyone against using this firm."
