"My mother engaged Surprenant, Beneski (and now & Nunes P.C.) in 2008 to explore alternatives to protect and ensure she would be able to remain in her home as she grew older and able to receive the services required to do so. As specialist in Elder Law my mother and her 6 children felt confident in agreeing with the recommendation to proceed in creating an Irrevocable Trust. The document thoroughly covered all required areas. In 2021 the Firm was engaged once again to review the existing document and to make needed changes to the Alternate Trustee designee as well as changes to the Health Care Proxy and alternate.
