"Worst attorney I ever dealt with over a simple last will had a 45 minute consultation in May 2015 waited 4 weeks I made a phone call to check status informed he was busy I said ok he would get back to me. In August 2015 I received a call from Smith explaining I would get a draft in the mail which never came in September I had another attorney not 2 blocks away consult me and drafted me a nice last will and testament signed sealed witnessed and complete for 225.00 within 1 week in February of 2016 got a call from smith wanting to know how I liked the mythical "draft" I explained I had it done months ago never recieved a draft, obviously I should have educated him on a little thing called certified mail. I assumed an attorney would have enough sense not to send vital documents through regular mail. Folks this one does not. It makes it convenient to beat you out of money. I told him I would pay for the consult send a bill boy did they 508.00 and 25 was for the cell phone call that I educated him on! So I recieved absolutely nothing but a non itemized bill except the phone call this is a rip off. I'm thinking of just going to court over it at least the courtroom will hear of his misdeeds stay far far away you will be glad you did!"
