"Tim and Lisa have been so helpful during the process of setting my grandparents up a trust and guided us the way we need to. We appreciate them so much."
"Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They were such a blessing after my father passed away and helped me navigate and handle his estate appropriately. My husband and I plan to use them in the near future for our own estate planning"
"Very helpful. Great staff."
"My parents paid roughly $10,000+ for what they believed was comprehensive estate planning and asset protection. When a real health crisis hit, and my sibling and I had to locate and rely on those documents, what we found was deeply disappointing. In my opinion, the work product did not come close to justifying the price. The documents appeared to be a very basic estate package: provisions to pass assets to each other, then to the children, along with a simple living will and related paperwork. For a family with modest assets and straightforward needs, this felt far more like an expensive boilerplate package than customized legal planning. The most troubling part was the gap between what my parents believed they had purchased and what was actually there when it mattered. They were under the impression that they had “taken care of everything” and that their assets were meaningfully protected. That was not our experience when we had to step in during a crisis. We were also disappointed by the lack of responsiveness once the documents actually needed to be used. To date, no one from this office has responded to our polite request to go over what we have. At the point when families most need clarity and guidance, that silence matters and confirms suspicions about motives and business practices. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this firm to get a second opinion from an actual attorney with experience in estate law - not a business run by lawyers selling packages or bundles. That's for car dealerships and swimming pool stores. Ask exactly what is being delivered for the fee, ask what protections are actually being created, and ask what post-signing support is included when illness, incapacity, or death occurs. Based on my family’s experience and in my opinion, when the day comes you need these documents, you're going to be sorry if you put your trust in someone bundling legal work."
