"Google Maps information is not synced. Erroneously says open 24 hours. Actual hours of operation are not visible or posted on-site or online. Responded to a phone call in 1 day, again with regrets that they were not interested in taking on my case upon completion of their advertised free case evaluation. The employee that made first contact was polite and respectful for the most part. There was only slight misunderstanding and curt responses. Her timbre and fluency were fine, but pronunciation and diction fell under the threshold of being truly considered easy to understand. The low rating is due to the discrepancy between advertised services and my experience. Two direct quotes from their official site of note; "Then, we will answer all of your questions and clearly explain all of your legal options." They did not explain the reasoning for not considering me as a client and the tone of the conversation was passive and informal. It did not provide an inviting environment to ask questions. It left me feeling unheard, foolish for seeking justice, and unworthy of help without any guidance as to why. Knowing the finer details of why I was trying to enlist their services, it comes across as painfully transactional and unsympathetic. They did offer to provide me a list of other attorneys. Had they provided it via email, it could have proven useful, but when I took their call back was otherwise engaged and unable to take down information. I explained that I reached out through a cursory google search and that I'd likely just return there to source another professional.. The second quote; "The only way to know if you have an employment law claim is to talk to an experienced employment law attorney." If you set a standard of your own accord, meet it."
