"Adding to my review. I recieved several calls from Chad late last night. He was inquiring about my review I left him. He is a bully. And very unprofessional. Chad showed no empathy and informed me that I didn't have a case even though another said I did but his case load was to big. Chad told me that Lawyer that told me that just said that because he didn't want my case. And by the documentation I sent to him wasn't everything I had, I had emaild Jessica asking for a fax number to send my stuff, because I was having trouble attaching. She never replied. So therefore he didn't care enough to hear me completely out, kept cutting me off when I was talking to him. He made me feel unimportant and worthless.
