"I hired Attorney Ashe for a DWI case in Bar Harbor maine while working for the summer. I was charged with a DWI & wreckless driving even though I was a .05 BAH and did not wreck but merely did not use a turn signal and I was speeding according to the Bar Harbor police, even though they never clcoked my speed. Attorney Ashe got a plea bargain to have the dWI dropped and after 1 year the wreckless driving would be dropped in favor of a simple ticket for imprudent speed. To make matters worse, I was charged for another DWI in Holden,ME shortly after. I once again was under the legal limit and I was pulled over for having a tag light out. My BAH was tested and it came out to 0.07 but I was once again charged with a DWI. I quickly called Attorney Ashe and explained my situation.
