"I called this office hoping to schedule a consultation for a Chapter 7 filing, and unfortunately the experience wasn’t a good fit for me. When I called, the receptionist told me they were booked until January and said to call back Wednesday when their schedule reopens. I explained that I’m in a time-sensitive situation and asked whether they had any recommendations.
