"If your looking for a bankruptcy firm that communicates and responds back when you need them this place isn’t for you. Their case manager Tracy or what ever her job is will not call or email you back no matter how many vmails or emails you send. I’m not even sure how she even has a job or what they pay her for but communication definitely shouldn’t be added to her resume. We’re in a worse spot now than when we were before starting bankruptcy and all of this could have been avoided if we could had gotten some assistance when we needed our case manager when my husband had lost his job. Their solution months later after no communication was to up the amt we were paying as if we weren’t having a hard enough time paying the already high amount they gave the first time. Definitely find someone else and don’t go here. But if you like being ignored then this is the place for you."
