"Attorney Mitchell Johnson has been my Attorney since 2017. I first used his services for a highly contested divorce which went my way through and through. That divorce was appealed to the SD Supreme Court and also to the US Supreme Court. Mitch did an outstanding job representing me and showed his knowledge and ability as an attorney by never losing an appeal. He is very capable! The thing I like the most about Mitch is he was not afraid to keep me accountable and on track for what was best for my kids. I always appreciated his honesty and candor!"

"Mitch has been extremely helpful in everything he does. He is very straight forward & to the point which is what I needed when walking into this. He doesn't judge for your past but is more than willing to help make the future better. When I make a mistake, he doesn't make me feel stupid or like I'm a nuisance.... He just makes sure that I correct it. Honestly the only attorney I've worked with but he is definitely exactly what I had hoped for!! Thank you Mitch!"

"Best attorney in Rapid City! We are so glad we went with Mitch when we needed child custody legal help! Mitch is tough, tenacious, highly knowledgeable and was there whenever we needed him, days/nights/weekends. Thanks, Mitch, for all you have done for us!"

"I recently discovered a fraudulent review submitted by an individual named Fenhaus. Contrary to this persons assertions, he or she has never set foot in my office, nor has this individual consulted with me on a personal bankruptcy. I am currently investigating the matter and will deal with this person accordingly."

"Absolutely disgusted with how rude this guy was. Totally pompous. You would expect some understanding from a guy who deals with bankruptcy cases frequently. Especially since this is due to medical bills after a life flight incident. Uninformative. Didn't tell me what I needed to bring to the consultation and sent me packing after a 5 minute meeting."
