"I left this office in tears yesterday 5/5/25!! Benson was so rude and unprofessional! I went to see him in October for a consultation because I wasn’t sure if bankruptcy was what I wanted to do. I left the office to think about it. Well during that time a friend helped me get caught up with my car payments so I didn’t file. I ended up losing my job and fell back behind so I tried rescheduling with him before they took my car. I called for two weeks trying to get an answer, left messages and all. Finally got in. Soon as I came in the office he seemed mad, and says the rate went up because too many people burn him by coming in to get property back but don’t go through with filing. He then says “well it’s (999$) now and if you can’t afford to pay that you probably can’t afford to keep your property anyway so maybe there’s nothing I can do for you!”I had never said I couldn’t pay it or anything. However I started gathering my things because at this point I don’t want to give my money to anyone being rude to me, so I get up and say well thank you, I just wish you could have told me this over the phone. He follows me out the office and yells “why you mad at me because you can’t pay your bills” with other people in there smh!! I say “I’m not upset at all, you’re just rude and unprofessional”! This man took whatever frustrations he had with others out on me, when my intentions were genuine. Already a rough time and to be treated like that hurt my soul!!! I wouldn’t recommend this office to a dog! They don’t answer the phone, or call back either!"
