"Went in for a consultation. Was told to bring in all my paperwork they requested which ended up not being needed. No one was at the front desk when I arrived for my appointment. Staff that I eventually encountered, were gracious. Once inside Mr. Cuevas' office, initially it was going ok, typical questions and answers. Seemed like once he found out I had filed bankruptcy in the past, his attitude changed a bit. I had let him know that I had a judgement against me and in order or him to handle this part for me, his rate changed to a hire fee and my option for a payment plan was no more. Will never recommend this attorney. Glad for the others who had a better experience. Let me just say, that I do recommend Westgate Law and Justin Harelik. They took my case and didn't make me feel bad about any part of it. Their fee never changed, a payment plan was set and that judgment against me is gone along with my other debts. Now I wish this office would stop texting me about filing with them. 🙄"
