"⚠️If it were possible to give minus ten stars, that is the rating I would give this law firm and the attorney working there. As you can see from several other reviews here, many people have had issues with Tegan Rodkey’s behavior, and unfortunately I had the same experience. What is even more concerning is that the office does not appear to address these complaints and allows attorneys to interact with potential clients in a very unprofessional manner. I contacted the office to schedule a consultation and was told that an attorney would call me. I waited for that call, but the attorney never contacted me. Instead, I was redirected to Tegan Rodkey. The consultation was extremely disappointing from the beginning. The tone was aggressive and unprofessional, but the bigger issue was the complete lack of basic knowledge about FCRA and FDCPA. I asked simple legal questions that did not even require reviewing documents, yet the answers were unclear, inconsistent, and repeatedly changed. Within minutes it became obvious that there was little real familiarity with this area of law. Despite this, she presented herself as experienced in these matters. In reality, the consultation demonstrated the opposite. Her practice appears to focus primarily on bankruptcy, yet she portrayed herself as knowledgeable about FCRA/FDCPA without demonstrating that knowledge. When I decided to seek a second opinion from another attorney, the reaction became even more unprofessional. Instead of respecting my decision, she called me and argued about why I should not choose another lawyer. During that call she also criticized the second attorney, claiming they were “part-time” and inexperienced while insisting that she had the real experience. I was later unable to proceed with the second consultation after communication occurred between the attorneys, which left me unable to have my case reviewed elsewhere. Clients have every right to seek a second opinion. Professional attorneys respect that. Unfortunately, this firm did not demonstrate that level of professionalism. Unfortunately, the firm seems to allow and support this type of unprofessional and hostile behavior toward clients. ⚠️⚠️ Based on my experience, I strongly do not recommend this firm, especially for anyone seeking help with FCRA or FDCPA matters."
