"Mr. DeLiberty was supposed to help me with an issue with a charge on my credit card. Of course, he first charge me with a consultation fee after talking on the phone for 20min. He said that he was going to taking care of my issue. This was March 2024. Months went by and excuse after excuse. He told me the plan was to file for a class action, then 4 months later he decided that the best was proceed on an individual basis. Months went by again and Mr. DeLiberty seems to disappear. His last email was in June 2025. No case. No guidance. No work on his part. I do not recommend at all! I will be contacting bbb too."
