"I hired West Michigan injury because I was referred to them by a friend that is also a lawyer. I had David as my attorney, for a dog bite to my wrist in which I still have problems with my wrist to this day even after surgery. I would not recommend David whatsoever, I signed a release for my medical records. But every month I Received a paper in the mail, and I had to write down every appointment that I had went through in that month, the date, the time and the Doctor Who I have visited. The person that I was suing their Attorney wanted to do a Mediation to set a lot of court. I did do the mediation. I did not want to settle out of court, but David insisted that I should. He “David” said that if I don’t win my case in court, I would have to pay back the all medical costs that I was receiving for my Injury. So I did settle out of court because I was afraid that all my medical treatments that I have received for my injury from being bitten by a dog that I would have to pay back. David seems to scare people by making them think they have to pay back the medical treatment that they received from their injuries, and to settling out of court, David did not want to fight for me whatsoever, to me it seemed like he just wanted to be finished with my case quickly. I wish I would’ve had a lawyer that was more confident in winning my case, instead of just wanting to collect a paycheck for me. Like I said, my Wrist nor hand will ever be the same since I’ve had my surgery after the dog bite. But when I settled for when not even near compensate me for the pain and suffering, I’ve going through. I would never recommend this attorney, unfortunately I did to my son before They even wanted to have a mediation to settle a lot of court. I don’t feel he fought for my son either from his car accident and my son re-hired him again for another accident that is actually worse than the first one because now he has to have a partial knee replacement and possibly shoulder surgery. I do not feel that David’s gonna fight for him either. Like I said, I feel David is in for a quick settlement and paycheck!!!!"
