She first provided a questionnaire to me to fill out. She then took all the information from the questionnaire and turned it into a full estate plan. Alicia answered all my questions in a timely matter (most times the same day or next morning) and made edits to the plan as requested. From when I first reached out to her until the actual signing of the documents was a little over a month (but would have been much sooner if not for two major snowstorms that prevented us from meeting in person to do the signing). Alicia’s primary location is on the north shore, but she also has a satellite office on the south shore that worked perfectly for me to sign the final documents.
