"I've been performing DIY projects requiring lifting and twisting movements with heavy (for me) objects. I did something to cause my lower back to be "out of alignment". Learned this from Dr. stranger on my assessment. He's literally a spine professor! After a brief exam he showed me where my alignment issues "were". I was having trouble sleeping. At one point, I shifted my weight and my back felt like a zipper!! Dr S was able to set me 'straight' in only a few visits. Incredible!! What impresses me the most is how gentle the alignment process is. I've seen videos of chiropractors that use your body weight to lift and shift. Felt like there was too much risk in that technique; not for me. Dr. Stranger uses an activator tool; handheld tool with a small weight that gently pushes the vertebrae pushing it back into place and apparently very effective! I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Dr. Stranger. My back feels 100% better!! I highly recommend Dr. Stranger!"
