"My experience with JC Law was extremely frustrating and disappointing. During my initial consultation, they brought in a senior member who delivered a very convincing sales pitch about how exceptional the firm was and how they “get things done.” He even went as far as saying they didn’t need my business and would “drop me like a bag of rocks” if I didn’t follow their direction. Despite the aggressive tone, the presentation was persuasive enough that I signed immediately. Unfortunately, from that point forward, the experience went downhill. Communication was consistently poor, and I was frequently contacted with requests for additional payments, often without clear explanations.
