"Best Possible Outcome I got myself in a pickle with serious legal issues due to a new DUI, with 2 priors, and one being less than 5 years. After online research and reading attorney reviews, I had a face-to-face meeting with Mr. Alpert. During our meeting, Mr. Alpert laid out a few "potential scenarios and possible outcomes in court". I retained him on the spot, and I was impressed with his legal knowledge, history, experience and comfort level I had with him. Mr. Alpert is very understanding, personable, and compassionate and this was certainly not his first rodeo. His demeanor, logic, and how he approached my case, along with excellent brief, yet clear communication skills enabled me to comprehend and fully understand what I needed to do as well as what was forth coming. Near the end of our meeting, he identified a long list of things and a clear road map of the work I would need to put in prior to trial to allow for the best outcome.
